Hello,

Thank you for contacting us.

We want to clarify that logs do not impact the data displayed in Flexmonster Pivot. They are used exclusively to identify the cause of any potential issues. Please tell us more about your use case and how much your user experience relies on displaying Unicode characters in the logs.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Kind regards,
Nadia

I found an error like in the picture. Which can't be solved.
And let's see logs to check, but query is???Can't find the cause
But when the Flexmonster Accelerator restarted, the problem was solved.

This problem happens often, but does not want to be solved by restarting.

Hello,

Thank you for the response.

The issue "The query result is too large." can be caused by a large amount of cache. We recommend reducing the CACHE_MEMORY_LIMIT parameter to 1024 (1 GB) to avoid exceeding the maximum array size

Regarding the issue with displaying Unicode characters, our team needs more details to continue the investigation. Could you please send us an example of the symbols that are displayed as ??? in the logs? It would greatly help us.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Kind regards,
Nadia
