When I add a calculated value I am setting the formula as percent('derived')/100 and giving it the correct format object with decimal values as 2 and isPercent as true. The values appear properly in the Pivot grid but when I export to excel the values get divided by 100 again. ie: 100.00% appears as 1.00%

We could not reproduce the described behavior on our side. Please check the following JSFiddle: https://jsfiddle.net/flexmonster/sfqon8aL/. When exporting to Excel, the percent values seem to be displayed correctly. If the issue still occurs, please feel free to modify the example.

This behavior was fixed after upgrading to the latest version of Flexmonster. I was on the 2021 version earlier.
