We have a problem when generating a report, for the fields by which the results are grouped, you cannot change the order. That is, I click on a field and it does not move up or down. I have attached a screenshot.
Also, I can't change the order through the “Fields” section, the “Rows” category, if I change the order, the grouping disappears altogether.
The video shows that in the “Rows” section I can drag the fields, but this is a very rare situation, usually the field just disappears when dragged.

If we understood you correctly, dragging a field out of the Rows, Columns, Values, or Report Filters sections gets removed instead of reordering. If you see a red bin icon while dragging, this means the field will be deleted rather than moved. This could explain why the field disappears when you try to change its order. To correctly reorder fields, make sure you are dragging them within the Rows section and not outside of it.

Hi, no, I don't see anything that would indicate that the field will be deleted. I can see that the field is locked and ready to be repositioned, but as soon as I release it, it is deleted. This is more evident on tablets when employees manage the report through the touchscreen.
