set the reports in a printable format

Could you please help us to set the reports in a printable format. Is there any option to set the columns width, header, and footer etc. explicitly for dynamic reports?

Hello!

Thank you for reaching out to us.

First, please note that it is possible to customize our export Toolbar tabs to add custom logic. For example, here is the customized PDF export tab: https://jsfiddle.net/flexmonster/mugLx40n/.
With customized export, the header and footer can be configured from the code, so you can, e.g., add a variable and dynamically change the text in it.
Please check our guide about exporting PDF report with header and footer for reference: https://www.flexmonster.com/doc/export-report/#pdf.

Regarding the column width, when using our print to PDF instead of the built-in browser one, it is possible to save columns with custom width. The idea is that when exporting or printing the report, Flexmonster saves the current grid visualization. So, we can configure column widths before exporting manually on the UI or in the code. Programmatically it is possible to change default table sizes or change size for specific columns.

Hope it helps.
Feel free to ask if you have any further questions.

Kind regards,
Solomiia
