Loss of connectivity between accelerator and cube via Microsoft Analysis Services

  • Flexmonster Data Speed Accelerator for Miscrosoft SSAS Version 2.7.11

When starting flexmonster, we lose access to the olap cube after 2 hours and the following reason is displayed in the log:

 Unsupported data format :

Our team wants to explain that we did not manage to reproduce the problem.
 
It would be useful for our research if you could provide us with the dump of your database and the corresponding cube so that we could try reproducing the issue on our side.
 
Also, we want to ask you for additional details on this matter:
Do any specific actions lead to the described problem? For example, is there any particular report configured on the client-side that entails the exception? If so, please send us the corresponding JSON file containing such a report.
 
Finally, we want to take an interest in what actions do you use to resolve the problem after it appears. Is it enough to restart the Accelerator, or SSAS needs to be restarted as well?
