Cannot set a report by using any way

Hello, 
I am developing with Flutter. I've been trying to save a template and load it again. But it's not working as expected. I tried with "setReport()", "load(filename)', "connectTo()" .... none of them are not working as expected.
"setReport()" clear all report.
"load(filename)" and "connectTo()" raises, "..... Access-Control-Allow-Origin ...." (it's localfile) exception.

Is there any bug?
