When we see Flexmonster view there are often many columns that are empty. Is it possible to get the pivotted data from flexmonster itself, so that to delete these columns altogether and re-create flexmonster view? Our goal is to totally remove columns which are empty. Not sure if flexmonster is providing any means to do that without data feeding modification.
Hello,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We want to inform you that Flexmonster does not provide a feature that allows users to configure empty columns.

Hi Nadia,
Thank you for explaining. I wonder if its possible to add this feature to Flexmonster, some hooks to the shown columns so that we could grab them and exclude/include and do operations on them partially updating Flexmonster view? It would greatly improve our capabilities. Also when we see many columns that are empty (unfortunately we have such datasets) we find it not user friendly since often researchers need to see only the present data and focus on it instead of spreading their attention over large spaces of empty data.

Hello,
Thank you for sharing your thoughts and suggestions regarding Flexmonster.
Flexmonster is designed as a data visualization tool. Its purpose is to display the data in the dataset, allowing users to analyze and explore it in the pivot or flat format. However, the functionality you’re describing goes beyond what Flexmonster is intended to handle.
Feel free to contact us if other questions arise.
Kind regards,
Nadia
