grid type change from ''flat''/"compact" to "classic" automatically

Hi,

There is a problem in pre-defining the grid type:

If grid is set as flat - when I call the method pivot.getOptions()
```
pivot.getOptions()
```
It will give me the grid type is "classic" instead of 'flat' all the time.
If the grid type is set to "compact", the grid type simply just disappeared from the grid options list and it seams the grid is displayed as "classic" still. When I do
```
pivot.getReport()
```
it will also remove grid type from options.

Test case: try to toogle headers of grid. See example here
