You definitely have noticed how swiftly Flexmonster displays thousands and millions of rows of your data.
But have you ever wondered how the pivot table component renders the rows of cells so fast each time you load a large data file?
Let’s shed some light on the reasons for fast grid performance and develop an understanding of how Flexmonster Pivot Table & Charts works under-the-hood.
The more data you have - the more insights you can get.
Now Flexmonster allows you to load and visualize truly massive datasets with the help of a new server-side part specially developed for our pivot table.
We are so happy to announce the version 2.9 release of Flexmonster Pivot Table & Charts Component! This release is very diverse, but there is something that will appeal to all our users - the performance speed of Flexmonster has become even better! Compared to the previous version, we perform up to 3 times as fast!
Version 2.9 has brought many notable features. Among them, there is one we are incredibly proud of — accessibility.
We started working on it long before the major release, and it's been quite a journey to make Flexmonster accessible. Why did we invest so much into accessibility? Let us share our motivation with you:
Beforehand I wrote about the impact of data visualization on business reports. Hopefully, arguments based on how our brain perceives and decodes information were quite compelling for you. Further, we will examine some underlying ideas which also have a huge influence on the effectiveness of your business reports.
Being designed to process and render large volumes of data, Flexmonster Pivot Table & Charts allows you to work with a dataset of any size in a fast and robust way. All companies from small businesses up to worldwide enterprises can benefit greatly from using Flexmonster. Our component easily renders 1 million unique rows, works with OLAP data cubes and Elasticsearch. These are the unique features that distinguish our component from the rest.
Usually, significant improvements happen in major releases. However, this time we would like to shed some light on the extraordinary improvement that was done by our developers during several minor releases this winter. We are talking about the tremendous reduction of browser’s memory consumption by our component.
