Hello Gareth,
Thank you for your question. Could you please give us some specific details about your case? What version of the component are you using now? Also, the report and the code examples where the issue occurs are highly appreciated. It will help us to reproduce the issue on our side.
Waiting for the update from you.
Best regards,

Is the a knowledge database that I can look through to determine some of the reasons why the report most of the time comes back with nothing?

Hello Gareth,
Thank you for your quick reply. Please specify what is the browser where the issue occurs? What is the browser's version? Also, it would be very helpful for us to know what Flexmonster version are you currently using? Press  Ctrl+Alt+i to get the component's version. Also, please send us the report example where the issue occurs. It will help us a lot in our investigation.
Regards,
Dmytro.

Hello Gareth,
Thank you for providing us with the screenshot example. We noticed that the database error occurs there. Please check your database logs to identify the issue.
Best regards,
Dmytro.

Hi,
This is my whole point. The report times out and does not complete. What setting can I change to allow more time for the query to run or are we limited to 30 seconds. If we are limited to 30 seconds then we will have to stop using FlewMonster for our application as it will not work.

Can you confirm the length of time that a SQL query can run before Flewmonster stops and does not show any information.

Gareth

Hello Gareth,
The report timeout has nothing in common with browser's or Flexmonster's settings. The issue occurs on the server side and it is not related to the client side. In order to check it please open the datasource url which you are passing to Flexmonster with your browser. If there is no raw data there then the issue is related to your database. Please ask your server administrator to check it.
Regards,
Dmytro.
